Goua Grovogui

Goua Grovogui was born and raised in Guinea before moving to Belgium, where he discovered his passion for acting. He began taking acting classes at the Mira Project and Lfk(s), and soon started working in film and television. Goua gained early recognition with supporting roles in shows like Vermist and Code 37, before landing lead roles in 2013 in the Dutch films Exit and The Resurrection of a Bastard.

He then appeared in shows such as Aspe and Commandos, and in films including De Vloed and Rafaël. More recently, Goua appeared in the series Roomies for VRT NU and Billie vs Benjamin for Prime Video. He also stars in the films On My Way by Sonam Larcin, Da Yie by Anthony Nti (now available on Disney+), and the upcoming feature film Fortress by Jessica Woodworth, set to hit cinemas in 2023.
